Report A Claim

In the unfortunate event you are involved in a loss, Brethren Mutual Claims professionals are trained to handle your claim in a fast, fair and friendly manner. To report a claim, you may either contact your Brethren Mutual independent insurance agent or Brethren Mutual's Claims Department directly.

If you prefer contacting Brethren Mutual regarding your claim, you will be directed to one of our five claims customer service representative. We understand that the loss resulting in a claim can be traumatic; therefore, it is our priority to make the recovery period as pleasant as possible. If you need to report a claim after normal business hours (Monday - Friday/8:00 am to 4:30 pm) or on the weekend, please contact Brethren's after-hour claims service provided by Crawford & Company at 1-800-241-2541.
